Warehouse Admin Assistant (Full Time)
Location: Tampines Store
Primary responsibility:
• To assist in the maintenance and updating system.
• To assist in typing and filing various forms and documents relating to the receipt and dispatch of goods from store. E.g. delivery orders, stock transfer forms, replenishment requisitions, etc.
• To plan and schedule for receiving of goods.
• Maintain and updating of stock movement.
• Assist in arranging transport for transfers of stock between external warehouse and store.
• Inventory checks and updating the system.
• To assist the warehouse supervisor of goods received and dispatched to verify quantities and conditions.
• Perform any duties related to the job as and when requested by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cheery and positive attitude.
• Able to speak and understand Basic English.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Require to work on weekend (Alt Sat and Sun) and Public Holiday
• Working hours is from 8.45am to 5.45pm / 12pm to 9pm (2 shifts)
