Salary: $9 per hour/ S$1.7K per month
Job Description
- Attending to incoming and outgoing calls in a call centre environment.
- Handle complaint calls and customer's enquiries.
- Provide customer service duties
- Handle other administrative duties
- Other ad hoc duties when required
Working hours: Attend 1 month training period from (17th May 2010 - 16th June 2010: 8.30am - 6pm) after which commit either
Part time basis: (7.30pm - 11.30pm)/ 2pm -6pm
Full time basis: (any 8.5 hours from 9am - 12midnight)
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "A" Levels
- Students taking on full time studies in ACCA / SIM/ and would like to take on part time positions WELCOME TO APPLY!!
- No experience required, full training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately and is able to commit for 1 month full time training
- Able to commit to shift hours / weekends
- Possesses good communication skills
- Singaporeans / PRs only!!
