Passenger Relations Officer - Changi Airport SGD 1600 - 1800 + Incentive + Allowances

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service for Premium Passengers
• Handle check-in process and enquiries
• Coordinate between passengers and airline providers
• Interact with passengers during their check-ins
• Perform general administrative work

Requirements:

• At least two years experience in Customer Service / Hospitality / Retail / F&B Experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to converse with Chinese, Korean OR Japanese passengers in their native language
• Confidence to deal with premium passengers
• Well groomed with excellent service attitude
• Have the tact and patience to handle demanding passengers
• Able to work long hours on rotating shifts and on weekends and public holidays
• Ablity to stand for long hours with a smile
• Ex-cabin Crew an added advantage
• Native Japanese, Korean and Chinese welcome
• Fresh diploma holders with a mature attitude can apply
• Long term part time positions also available
• Able to commit to a one year contract for both full-time and part-time positions (renewable based on performance)
