Receptionist ($1400-$1600)

Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk duties - Attending to visitors and incoming calls
• Sorting of mails and arranging for couriers
• Scheduling of appointments and regular updating of notice boards
• Liasing point for medical claims
• Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least a GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Nitec in Office Skills
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience
• Able to multi-task and a team player
• Good customer service skills, mature and pleasant personality
• Good computer skills and meticulous in nature
• Able to work OT when required

Receptionist ($6.50-$7 per hour)

A SME company located in Loyang seeking a suitable candidate to take up the position of a Receptionist.

Receptionist (temp)

Responsibilities:

• Answering of phone calls and callers' enquiries
• Note down and relay messages
• General administrative and clerical support
• schedule appointments
• Organize meetings
• Tidy and maintain the reception area

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level or Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 1 Contract position available.
• Able to commit for at least 4 months.
• Females preferred.
