Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Sales and Marketing / HR / Admin / Accounts department
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing and sorting of documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Assist in compiling and generating reports
- Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Min 'A' Level / Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline
- Fresh graduates / School leavers / Part time night classes students / Working adults waiting for perm job are welcome to apply!
- Prior working experience would be an added advantage (Include CCAs and Results if without)
- Pleasant personality, good attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit at least 3 months preferred (Indicate availability duration)
