Temp Admin Assistant ~ MNC ~ (REF: JGH) SGD 1200 - 1500 (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Sales and Marketing / HR / Admin / Accounts department
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing and sorting of documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Assist in compiling and generating reports
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Min 'A' Level / Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline
  • Fresh graduates / School leavers / Part time night classes students / Working adults waiting for perm job are welcome to apply!
  • Prior working experience would be an added advantage (Include CCAs and Results if without)
  • Pleasant personality, good attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit at least 3 months preferred (Indicate availability duration)
  • Only Singaporeans or PRs need to apply
