Receptionist (temp)
Responsibilities:
- Answering of phone calls and callers' enquiries
- Note down and relay messages
- General administrative and clerical support
- schedule appointments
- Organize meetings
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level or Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- 1 Contract position available.
- Able to commit for at least 4 months.
- Females preferred.
