Requirements:
- A leading global bank
- Co-ordinator for their Resourcing (Recruitment) team
- Initial 6 months Contract and yearly extendable/ conversion to permanent thereafter
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of recruitment activities
- Support Resourcing Managers, Hiring Managers in the bank with all recruitment and HR activities such as interview arrangement and administrative roles such as calendering, room bookings and reporting.
- Work pass applications and other on-boarding duties
- Only those with working experience in Singapore need apply
Requirement:
- A good tertiary education in Business Administration/Human Resources
- Good communicator with a certain "street smartness" in tackling issues
- Meticulous, organised and with a good working attitude
- A result-oriented person who is able to complete his/her task on time
